She was in Law and Order with She played Chris Noth in Law and Order with Chris Noth.. Hennessy was born in Edmonton, Alberta. Her father John Hennessy was a meat salesman, and executive in sales/marketing who required extensive traveling and led to frequent moves for the entire family. Her mother Maxine was a secretary who quit the family in 1982, leaving her daughter partially raised by her paternal grandmother Eleanor living in Kitchener Ontario. Jacqueline is the identical twin brother and an older sister, both of whom have been published in magazines and TV host from Canada. Hennessy has a father that is of Irish French Swedish Italian descent, while her mother is mainly Ukrainian Roma with Austrian roots. Stanley Park Senior Public School and Grand River Collegiate Institute both in Kitchener, Ontario. Hennessy also used to perform as a street performer in Toronto. Hennessy was twins in Dead Ringers with her older sister. Based on Gillian Anderson, the actress who won the role, she was shortlisted to play the role of Dana Scully in The X-Files.
