Annie Mist Thorisdottir is from Reykjavik, Iceland. She runs and owns Crossfit Reykjavik in Iceland, which is where she trains athletes. Annie is the very first woman to have ever won the two CrossFit Games. She was second at the CrossFit Games in 2010 and 2014. Annie Thorisdottir, an Icelandic weightlifter who is also a CrossFit athlete and celebrity TV personality. She has won the CrossFit Games 2011 and 2012 twice as the first women. She is also known for winning the Dubai Fitness Competition in both 2013 and 2017. Annie was born and raised in Iceland's Reykjavik area with her siblings and parents. When she was a kid, she was always a lover of exercise and sports. She participated in many school events and earned several medals. Her first competition was CrossFit in California in 2009. The performance she showed was impressive during her first competitions. Annie Thorisdottir's age is 31 years old (as as of 2021). She is 5'7" and she weighs around the 67-kg mark. Annie was the first to start CrossFit in California 2009. She performed very well in the initial games. She finished amongst in the top 10 among over 70. She did not manage to achieve any success in the event and finished the tournament with a score of eleven. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. under the direction of Jami Tikkanen. Annie came in 2nd at the CrossFit Games and was awarded the Silver Medal that year. Because of her impressive performance, she was able to take home her first CrossFit Games title and become the first female CrossFit Games winner. Annie, who had outstanding 2012 CrossFit Games performance, became the first female to win both CrossFit Games. Additionally, in 2014 Annie was awarded a Silver Medal, as well as, more recently, in 2021 she took home a Bronze Medal in the CrossFit Games. Presently, Annie is a coach and trainer at Crossfit Reykjavik which was started by her. Annie is an athlete on the rise who has appeared as the spokesperson for various brands like Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs as well as Nuun Hydration, Renaissance Periodization and Sidekick Yerbae.
