Tina Louise (born Tina Louise) is an American author, singer and performer most famous for her role as Ginger Grant in Gilligan's Island. Her acting career began in stage shows during the 1950s starting by performing in Two's Company a musical by Bettle Davis. After that, she performed in numerous Broadway productions before she became the most famous on stage alongside Li'l Abner in. The singer also released her debut music album It's Time for Tina during the same year. Louise made her foray into Hollywood acting as Griselda Walden on God's little Acre a drama film released 1958.The film was praised widely as well as Louise was awarded the Golden Globe Award in the New Star of the Year category. While in New York, Louise enrolled in Actors Studio and began her relationship to Lee Strasberg. In 1964, she signed to CBS and played Ginger Grant. Louise worked successfully in both Hollywood and Broadway as a somber character to counter her image of glamorous doll. Amanda Tapping..........................Amanda Tapping is best known for her acting roles as Samantha Carter in the series Stargate. SG-1 & Sanctuary however she also was an accomplished television director on numerous series, including Supernatural and The 100. Her birthplace was in Essex August 28th on the 28th of August, 1965. Her family later moved to Toronto to spend her youth. Samantha Carter was chosen in 1997 for the part and she has settled down there ever since.
